Claims Process
Should a mobile device become accidentally damaged while using the Product Performance Guarantee (PPG) Backed accessory product on a customers registered device while under warranty, they simply go to https://claims.asfalis.com and initiate the claim process. The customer can also use their Claim Button received in their PPG Activation Email to initiate the claim process. Once the claim has been accepted as valid by Asfalis the customer can then take their mobile device to a repairer of choice.

Claim Validated & Approved
Once a claim has been validated by ASFALIS, the customer is notified with a claim verification email and given instructions for getting their device repaired.

Repair
The customer can take their device to be repaired by a repairer of their choice.

Proof of Repair
The customer will retain a copy of their receipt of repair.

Verification of Repair Receipt
The customer sends a copy of the repair receipt to ASFALIS.

Reimburse
ASFALIS reimburses the approved claim up to the value of the max. benefit value.

Completion
Product Performance Guarantee (PPG) ends.
Example:
If the 'Max. Benefit Value' is $150 and the screen repair costs $100, ASFALIS will reimburse $100.
